eNERGIE MEDIZIN aND KINESIOLOGy HAve changed my life –
WHEN DO THEY CHANGE YOUR LIFE?
In a difficult health phase of my life, I experienced Kinesiology and Eden Ernergy Medicine (EEM) on my own body and was allowed to experience how much the methods help. As time went by, I wanted to learn more about it and attended my first courses. Like a sponge I absorbed and applied the learned techniques and was able to experience changes in my own body. Since I regularly use energy therapy and kinesiology methods, I am healthier, more confident and my whole being has changed for the better.
In order to pass on these valuable techniques and changes to others, I began training as an Integrative Kinesiology Practitioner at IKAMED in Zurich in June 2006, which I completed in December 2010.
Donna Eden and her “Eden Energy Medicine – EEM” have accompanied me for years and in search of expanding my kinesiological knowledge I attended courses with Donna Eden and David Feinstein in the USA and Dublin in 2014. In spring 2015 I started my training to become a Certified Eden Energy Practitioner, which I completed in March 2017 as a Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP). The extension “EEM Professional Skills Mastery” to Clinical Practicum – EEM-CP (in-depth topics and 100 documented client sessions) I will finish soon.
As a Reiki Master, I have experienced how the Japanese art of healing has enriched my life and I enjoy passing it on to my clients.
Australian Bush Flowers and Bach Flowers and their positive effects on the body, mind and spirit have provided me and many clients with gentle help for chronic, physical or emotional ailments.
Sounds have always inspired me, whether making music or in the choir. The interplay of body – mind and soul in connection with sound and the relaxing vibration of the singing bowls, inspire me and my training and work as a Peter Hess singing bowl practitioner offer you relaxation and let go of the stresses of the day.

Therapist
Since 2010 I have been working as a complementary medical therapist in my own practice in Zurich to bring other people closer to the methods and to accompany you on YOUR journey.
I spend my free time with my family and friends, in our apiary, or taking pictures.
I support you in bringing your energy flow into balance and harmony, letting go of the old and making room for the new.
