During a challenging time in my life, I experienced the healing power of Kinesiology and Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) firsthand – and discovered how profoundly these methods can support transformation. Fascinated by their effects, I began studying, taking courses, and applying what I learned. Step by step, my well-being improved – I became healthier, more confident, and felt a deep positive shift within myself.

To share this knowledge with others, I completed my training as an Integrative Kinesiologist at IKAMED in Zurich (2006–2010). This program included a substantial component of psychology, which enables me to integrate psychological aspects into my sessions whenever appropriate. This holistic and integrative approach distinguishes my work and supports clients on all levels – body, mind, and spirit.

In 2014, my path led me to Donna Eden and David Feinstein, where I began my studies in Eden Energy Medicine and became a Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP) in 2017. I am currently deepening my skills through the Clinical Practicum – EEM Professional Skills Mastery program.

As a Reiki Master, I have experienced how this Japanese healing art enriches life, and I share it with great joy. In addition, I work with Australian Bush Flowers, Bach Flowers, and Peter Hess sound bowls – gentle yet powerful tools that support balance and harmony for body, mind, and soul.
