laStudy & Practice Group Eden Method and Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) and Kinesiology
See how Donna Eden lives energy medicine, try exercises yourself and discuss with like-minded people – on this evening all this is possible.
At our EEM and Kinesiology Study & Practice meetings I would like to give my clients and interested people the opportunity to get to know and practice EEM and Kinesiology exercises. Experience on your own body how energies are brought into motion.
No previous knowledge is required to participate. Curiosity and interest to increase your own well-being are the best companions.
When and where?
Meetings are held in German ONLINE via Zoom on the last Thursday of each month at 8:00 pm (until approximately +/- 9:00 pm).

Schedule:
We discuss the possibilities of energy medicine to get our energy in “flow” or we watch a part of Donna’s DVDs together, practice and discuss the topic together afterwards. Experiencing Donna Eden and her Eden Energy Medicine is always an enriching event.
I am looking forward to an enriching evening that will bring us and our own bodies closer together.
Sound-Meditation Sound-Journey
IM EINKLANG MIT KÖRPER, GEIST UND SEELE
Treat yourself to some ‘ME’ time. Let the wonderful sounds lead you into a sound bath and give your body space and the mind the opportunity to relax. The meditation helps to relax and recharge your batteries for everyday life.
When and where?
Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month from 8:00pm – approximately 9:15pm (arriving at 7:45pm) in my practice.
During the Covid-19 restrictions there are no sound meditations / sound journeys.
